Founded in 2019, The San Diego Sea Dragons is one of several up-and-coming Beach Handball club programs in the United States.

Over the past several years Beach Handball as a whole has grown not just in San Diego and the United States, but globally as well!

This year, the very first exhibition games will be played in the 2024 Paris Olympics, which, if successful, may lead to our sport being an official Olympic sport in 2028. Which, just so happens to be scheduled to take place in Los Angeles, a short drive from San Diego.

The players from America attending the Exhibition Matches in Paris include Ebiye Jeremy Udo-Udoma, Christine Mansour, and Drew Domlin.

This would be fitting, as Southern California has established itself at the beach handball capital of the country, and we hope to send several of our own Sea Dragon players to be Olympians.

In the meantime, our practices are open to any and everyone, regardless of age, gender, or skill level. New players always welcome! We typically play on Sunday mornings in South Mission Beach in San Diego, and you can find our up-to-date schedule on our Instagram or Facebook pages. We hope you join!
